PESYJE V13.9.9 — FINAL HARD-CODED LIGHT SURFACES FIX

This version fixes the reason the user/profile dropdown was STILL white.

Instead of relying only on appearance-engine CSS ordering, V13.9.9 writes the
dark selectors directly at the END of Ayline's real app.css, after the original
hardcoded #fff rules.

Also adds an RTL guard.

NO MIGRATION.

Install:
Extract + overwrite in /home/n377435/pesyje
cd /home/n377435/pesyje
php artisan optimize:clear

Then hard refresh once. Because app.css changed physically, theme_asset_with_version
should serve a new versioned URL automatically.
