PESYJE V13.9.1 — APPEARANCE ENGINE HOTFIX

Built directly from the user's real 13.8.zip.

FIXES:
- Restores the exact V13.8 mobile footer.
- Keeps the V13.8 business search page unchanged.
- Adds a visible Light / Dark / System switcher in the navbar.
- Switcher works on mobile and desktop.
- Appearance engine is INLINE in Blade, so it does not depend on an external cached CSS/JS file.
- Theme is applied before render to reduce white flash.
- Selection persists in localStorage.
- System follows prefers-color-scheme automatically.
- Dark mode covers body, sections, cards, boxes, inputs, dropdowns, modals, headers and mobile footer.
- No migration.

INSTALL:
cd /home/n377435/pesyje
unzip -o PESYJE_V13_9_1_APPEARANCE_ENGINE_HOTFIX.zip
php artisan optimize:clear

IMPORTANT AFTER INSTALL:
1. Chrome DevTools -> Application -> Service Workers -> click Update.
2. Hard refresh / close and reopen the tab.
3. If an old service worker still serves the page, click "Unregister" once and reload; it will register again.

Expected:
- Half-circle/sun/moon/system button appears beside user avatar in the top navbar.
- Mobile footer from V13.8 is visible again below 992px if enabled in its existing Admin setting.
