PESYJE SUPPORT V18.1 — LANGUAGE FILTER + 200+ ICON PICKER

Fix 1 — Canned Replies languages
- Choosing Shqip now shows Albanian title/body/category content.
- Choosing English now shows English title/body/category content.
- SQ + EN filters only bilingual replies.
- Empty language filter follows the current Admin interface language.
- Search still searches both languages.

Fix 2 — Support Categories icon picker
- Replaces text/select icon fields with the same searchable visual picker used by Pesyje Features & Services.
- Uses config/amenity_icons.php (200+ Bootstrap icons).
- Live icon preview.
- Search by icon name and aliases.
- Works for both new and existing categories.
- Responsive grid.

No database migration required.
