PESYJE SUPPORT LOCAL ADMIN EDITOR V6 - DYNAMIC LANGUAGES

What changed
- Support Local content is no longer hardcoded to SQ/EN.
- The editor reads languages directly from the `languages` table.
- The language selected in the admin header determines which Support Local translation is edited.
- Adding a new language (for example Italian / `it`) automatically makes that locale available to this editor.
- Saving one locale updates only that locale and preserves all existing translations.
- The homepage reads the matching saved locale dynamically.
- If a locale has no saved banner content yet, the homepage falls back to the app locale, then English, then the first saved locale.
- Existing image upload and button URLs remain shared by all languages.

Install / update
1. Extract this ZIP directly into the Laravel project root, e.g. /home/n377435/pesyje
2. Run:
   php artisan optimize:clear

No new migration is required if V5 is already installed.

After adding a new language
1. Add the language normally in Settings > Languages.
2. Switch the admin language from the top language selector to that new language.
3. Open Sections > Home Sections > Support Local Banner.
4. Fill the empty banner text fields and Save.

Note
The field labels use the site's normal d_trans() translation system. If you add a language and want the admin labels themselves translated too, translate those admin strings under the normal language translation screen. The banner content fields themselves are available automatically.
